Kevin Kelley - President - Kevin Kelley is currently a part-time consultant while pursuing his higher education degree in web design and project management. He is trained as a technical writer, business analysis and has an extensive background in the insurance field. He has served on the Board of Directors of St. Philip for 7 years prior to being elected Board President. Kevin is is committed to fulfilling the mission and furthering the agenda of St. Philip House to serve the Central Connecticut community. Kevin has a history of public service and volunteerism having been an active member of the Bristol Boys and Girls Club prior to joining St. Philip House.
Jim Barrett - Secretary - Jim currently serves as the Practice Manager for the Hartford HealthCare Group. He manages 5 Windham Primary Care Offices with specialties in the areas of General Surgery, Cardiology, Pulmonary, and Neurology. Jim has an extensive background in the medical field. He has also served as the Program Director for the Hartford HospitalPain Treatment Center, the Practice Manager for the Hart- ford Hospital Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program, and at Bristol Hospital as the Practice Manager for the Connecticut Spine and Pain Center and for the Hematology and Oncology Department. Jim holds a MPA degree from John Jay College in New York.
Mae Ryan Maloney - Mae currently serves as Program Director for Leadership Greater Hartford. She previously held the positions of Program Assistant, Program Director, and Grants Manager with Leadership Greater Hartford. Mae is the founder of the Chris Relyea Group of Windsor - This program designed, developed and coordinated a social group for members of the community with special needs. Mae holds a MA from Smith College of Social Work in Northampton, MA. While pursuing her undergraduate degree at Eastern Connecticut State University, she studied abroad in Joao Pessoa, Brazil. Mae brings with her years of non-profit work and is a great addition to the St. Philip House team!
Karen D'Arco - Karen is currently the Pharmacy Manager at Beacon Prescriptions in New Britain, CT. She graduated from the University of Connecticut and has almost 15 years experience in both independent and chain community pharmacy. As a practicing pharmacist, Karen is knowledgable of the pharmacology behind medications that treat HIV and is looking forward to helping spread this information in the community through her work on the St. Philip House Board.
Brad Kleinerman - Brad Kleinerman joined the Board of Directors in 2015. He is a Human Resources Leader at Travelers in Hartford. Brad provides St. Philip House with his knowledge of a wide variety of human resources disciplines and business fundamentals having developed the human resources function for start up companies and implemented HR programs and tools for more mature organizations. Brad’s industry experience includes insurance, healthcare, entertainment, retail, space exploration and scientific discovery.
Brad has a business degree from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters of Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He lives in Avon with his husband and children.
Andre Santiago - Andre Santiago has worked with Leadership Greater Hartford since 2007 and has served in various capacities throughout that time. His current role is Director of Youth Programs where he oversees Common Ground, an inter-district leadership development program, Summer Nexus, an intensive leadership camp, and Leading Off Campus which is Leadership Greater Hartford’s newest program for college students throughout the region. In addition to directing the youth programs, he oversees the Alumni Taskforce which is charged with rebuilding Jonathan’s Dream, the country’s first boundless playground and does consulting and training for youth development throughout the Hartford region.

Bob Festa - Board Member Emeritus - Bob has been involved with St. Philip House since its inception. The clients, board and staff have had the honor of Bobs' service and dedication to the St. Philip House program for over 25 years. As such, Bob has been named a Board Member Emeritus and we look forward to his input and contributions as St. Philip House moves forward. We thank Bob for his many years of service and dedication, and wish him well in the future.
